The MRI Program provides a unique mentoring program each year to all the participants to assist them in their preparation for the state competition. A series of workshops are held leading up to the Miss Rhode Island competition; each focuses on a different areas of competition (i.e. interview preparation, talent, etc.). Experts in the various areas of competition present the material. The program also offers a great opportunity for the participants to develop friendships and to become their own support team.
